Our Harper dress would be adorable by itself or with ANY jacket! We love its ruffle spaghetti straps; matching ruffle bodice brings a darling contrast to the straight skirt. All three layers of the tulle skirt are ultra soft and comfortable against the skin, and the wind sure loves it. It’s knee length with a hidden zip at back; fully lined with a linen dress for comfort.
